Clean Air Together

Following its success in Dublin and Cork City, Clean Air Together now invites Galway City residents to measure air quality levels in Galway City.

It is a citizen science project where up to 500 participants will record levels of Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂) in their local area.

This will give us a better understanding of air pollution in the Galway City Council administrative area and help to improve air quality in the future.
